Request For Proposal: Graphic Design for Cell Tower
Call for Artists: Future Cell Tower Art Installation
North Highlands Recreation & Park District (NHRPD) is seeking a bold and creative design that will be featured on a future cell tower to be installed at Capehart Gymnasium in Antelope, CA. We're inviting graphic designers to submit an original 8.5” x 11” design that reflects the unique spirit of North Highlands and brings vibrancy to this upcoming public space.
Submission Deadline: July 2, 2025 (by 5:00 PM PST)
Artist Award: $1,000
The selected design will be printed on fiberglass material and applied to the base of the tower once installed in the coming year. Artwork should reflect themes like community pride, nature, recreation, and diversity — and be visually impactful when scaled to a large format.
